Dr. Riggs and staff are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver comprehensive periodontal services with clinical excellence as the top priority. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure that it is performed in the most responsible manner with fees that are fair and just for the specialized services provided.

Cancellations
Each appointment is made especially for you.
Please check in at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for completion of any necessary paperwork.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we require minimum notice of at least 2 full business days.
When appointments are cancelled with less than the required amount of notice for any reason (including illness):
- For hygiene appointments: A non-refundable scheduling deposit equal to the periodontal maintenance treatment will be required to reschedule. If that rescheduled appointment is not kept, the deposit will be forfeited.
- For procedures with the doctor or scaling/root planings with the hygienist: The original scheduling deposit will be forfeited.
Exceptions may be made for reasonable emergencies at the sole discretion of our office.
Fees & Insurance
All fees are due at the time services are rendered.Surgeries and scaling/root planing appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit to schedule.
If you are utilizing dental insurance, we will gladly file your claims for you.
We do accept Cherry and CareCredit as financing options for patients who wish to extend their payments.
